Lobsterfest at the Beach!!!

Photos (Lexi Van de Walle): Tender, steamed lobster; corn meal flounder fillets with cajun spices.

Ah, lovely. Last night I cooked up some LOCAL flounder and lobsters from Brewsters (our favorite seafood purveyor near the house in Southampton). Served with a side of steamed haricort verts and basmati rice. Easy, easy, easy and local!

Steamed lobsters (11 minutes for three 1- 1/4 lbs in a very large pot).
